As we predicted in our last scrap price update of 2019, the value of scrap cars has dipped slightly as we have moved into 2020. Though with only a 1% drop to the prices paid for scrap cars in January, this is not bad news. Especially as the prices are a whopping 26% higher than those being paid for scrap cars in January 2019! It is intended to give an indication of the movement in the price from one month to another, with the prices being shown as a percentage.
