After an impressive rise in May, the prices paid for scrap cars has increased slightly in June, with a 2% rise compared to May. The prices may maintain as we move into July, as the global demand for scrap metal changes.

That said, the value of scrap cars is still a very healthy 22% higher than it was at this time last year, so now is a great time to scrap your old car to make sure you get maximum value from it!
