Coronavirus (COVID-19) Guidance

We are closely monitoring the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are following guidance from the government to ensure that we are taking the right actions to protect our customers and employees. Staff involved in the collection of vehicles have been made aware of the latest hygiene guidelines, including hand washing and contact with other people.

Our collection service remains a convenient choice, and is ideal for those in self-isolation or those who simply prefer not to venture away from home. If you have any symptoms and/or are self-isolating, do please let us know prior to the collection date. We recognise the importance of remaining flexible during this time, so should your plans change, and you can no longer meet a pre-agreed collection date, simply try to give us as much notice as possible (at least 24 hours is ideal) and we will do our best to accommodate your needs, including rearranging collection to a future date.
